Two-step distortion-free reconstruction scheme for holographic microscopy

چکیده
We propose a three-dimensional holographic reconstruction procedure applicable with no a priori knowledge about the recording conditions enabling distortion-free three-dimensional object reconstruction. This scheme is illustrated through reconstruction of gold nano beads in Brownian motion. In-line digital holographic microscopy using a consumer scanner
We demonstrate an in-line digital holographic microscopy using a consumer scanner. The consumer scanner can scan an image with 4,800 dpi. The pixel pitch is approximately 5.29 μm. The system using a consumer scanner has a simple structure, compared with synthetic aperture digital holography using a camera mounted on a two-dimensional moving stage. In this demonstration, we captured an in-line h...
متن کاملA new Method for surface Analysis and Marker-Free Dynamic Life cell imaging
holographic interferometric metrology techniques are established tools in many industrial application areas [1, 2]. there are also important application fields in Biophotonics, Life sciences and Medicine as these techniques can be applied non-destructively, marker-free, “full-field” (no scanning required) and online simultaneously [3-10]. With these features the described digital holographic mi...
متن کاملArtifact-free reconstruction from off-axis digital holograms through nonlinear filtering
We present experimental investigation of a new reconstruction method for off-axis digital holographic microscopy (DHM). This method effectively suppresses the object auto-correlation, commonly called the zero-order term, from holographic measurements, thereby suppressing the artifacts generated by the intensities of the two beams employed for interference from complex wavefield reconstruction. ...
متن کاملA novel non-diffractive reconstruction method for digital holographic microscopy
We present a new method for reconstructing digitally recorded off-axis Fresnel holograms. Currently-used reconstruction methods are based on the simulation and propagation of a reference wave that is diffracted by the hologram. This procedure introduces a twin-image and a zero-order term which are inherent to the diffraction phenomenon. These terms perturb the reconstruction and limit the field...
متن کاملCompressed Sensing with off-axis frequency-shifting holography
This work reveals an experimental microscopy acquisition scheme successfully combining compressed sensing (CS) and digital holography in off-axis and frequency-shifting conditions. CS is a recent data acquisition theory involving signal reconstruction from randomly undersampled measurements, exploiting the fact that most images present some compact structure and redundancy. We propose a genuine...
